To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• Returned with all original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to the nature of our products, custom or personalized pieces are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

Our pieces are crafted in 18kt gold and set with natural gemstones. With proper care, they can last a lifetime.

Daily Wear

• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Do NOT wear your precious jewelry in hot tubs.

• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, sunscreen, hairspray, and cleaning products.

• A good rule to live by: Jewelry goes on last when getting dressed.

• Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

• Avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless approved for your specific gemstone.

• Do not use abrasive cleaners or polishing compounds on gemstones.

Storage

• Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box.

• Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight.

• Avoid storing gemstones where they can scratch each other.

• Natural gemstones may vary slightly in color and inclusions.

• Some stones (such as opals, emeralds, pearls, turquoise, and moonstone) are more delicate and require extra care.

• Avoid extreme temperature changes, which may damage certain stones.
