Returns
We want you to love what you chose.
If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the piece must be unworn and unused, in its original condition, returned with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
Custom and bespoke commissions are final sale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at nadia@muljihouse.com.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.
caring for your jewelry
Our pieces are crafted in 18kt gold and set with natural gemstones. With proper care, they last a lifetime.
Daily wear — Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping, and avoid hot tubs. Keep pieces away from perfumes, lotions, sunscreen, hairspray, and cleaning products. A good rule: jewelry goes on last.
Cleaning — Clean gently with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless approved for your specific stone, and do not use abrasive cleaners or polishing compounds on gemstones.
Storage — Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Natural gemstones can scratch each other — keep them apart.
A note on delicate stones — Opals, emeralds, pearls, turquoise, and moonstone require extra care. Avoid extreme temperature changes, which can damage certain stones.

Natural Materials
Our jewelry features natural gemstones and precious metals. Variations in color, inclusions, veining, opacity, and surface texture are inherent to natural materials — they are what make each piece unique, not grounds for return. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the piece received.
